Trends can come and go quickly, however I personally feel that this expressive trend will always play apart in trends in the future. The dramatic way of producing expressive mark's creates beautiful patterns full of fun. Artistic Expression has been seen more throughout fashion due to the development of modern art with its simplistic and unique form. Large splashes of mark making appear to create a real twist on to any fashion garment making a striking impact. When looking on blogs and instagram pages I have noticed the growing amount of people using mark making as a form of drawing as-well, which suggests that the artistic expression trend has also developed into illustration.
