After the release of the film 'Roman Holiday' starring screen siren Audrey Hepburns's headscarve sparked a trend amongst young girls. Within a short space of time they were selling large quantities to shops including John Lewis and Heals. After this take off Laura Ashley captured the heart of girls around the world with the beautiful decorative patterns.

Laura Ashley's brand is inspiring due to the beautiful decorative designs which range from floral, birds and tolie, which capture the vintage trend which seems to be constant trend within British fashion.
